Its quite simple. A stamina doesnt equal bigger jutsu, skill does. If stamina too small and skill too big then one cannot sustain the jutsu for long.

Stamina is converted to chakra. Not the same thing.

Kurama said it would tire him not both of them. It had nothing to do with their sync. Funny enough even though their cloaks disappeared he was still micromanaging their chakra. It even got too the point where he did it subconsciously, although during this time he fell in and out of bm mode many times. So our can't be chakra control.

And no the size of rasengan frs and so on depends not on control but amount of chakra put in.

Ex: him resorting to kurama chakra to use odama the first time.
