Pretty good. However it is worth noting that body and mind help make chakra.
In that case a Nagato that isn't emaciated should have a larger chakra capacity than his emaciated counterpart.

Very nice. One thing though I thought it was Yahiko that actually started Akatsuki?

Well, the three of them are together all the time. So I can somewhat speculate that the three of them set it up together, and Yahiko as the leader.

Of course, I'm pretty sure Tobi talked Yahiko into it but I won't get into that. :3 (I could be wrong.. My memory isn't the best)
