Background: When Bee was a child living in the Hidden Cloud Village, a man called "A" was looking for a tag partner. Therefore people gathered in hopes of being his partner, to pass the test, A and his partner had to successfully preform the Double Lariat. Out of everyone who attempted, B was the only one who was able to preform this challenge therefore making him A's partner. At that time, the current Jinchuriki lost control of the Tailed Beast Gyūki, and eight ninja died that day trying to tame him. One of those ninja was a friend of B's father, Motoi. Motoi's father died during that day giving Motoi a strong hatred toward the tailed beast and always having a grudge against it. Seeing as how the current Jinchuriki seemed unfit for his title, the village decided to make B the new Jinchuriki. As the new Jinchuriki, B was always discriminated against and was considered an outcast from the village, hated from everybody. Although this didn't hold B back, he always smiled and wanted to be the best Jinchuriki he could be for the reason that he wouldn't hurt A's political reputation as Raikage. Soon, Motoi attempted to kill B to avenge his fathers death, and when Motoi went up to B with the kunai in his hand, B disarmed him. And even though Motoi just attempted to kill B, B had no grudge against Motoi and due to that, Motoi felt shamed and didn't talk to him for thirty years. Sometime later, A and B went to an island in the Land of Lightning where B would learn how to control his tailed-beast. B did this much faster than anyone predicted and went back to doing regular missions. After a while, the village began to respect B and he became the village hero. Motoi refers to him as the "Hero of Heroes". After A became Raikage, he didn't allow B to fully transform into the tailed-beast and he restricted him from leaving the village itself, saying he'd become a guardian of the village.

Ninjutsu
I mostly want to talk about B's Jinchuriki prerogatives during this section, although there is one thing I'd like to point out before doing that.
B actually does have good ninjutsu regardless of the fact that he's a Jinchuriki and mostly has expertise in Taijutsu and other variations..
B has a Lightning Nature, and his Lariat is on par, if not better than A's lariat. It's even stated that B didn't use any of the Tailed beasts chakra during his Lariat. Another example of B's pure ninjutsu capabilities is when he throws the pencil at Kisame. B threw a pencil that was enhanced with his lightning nature type at Kisame, this pencil went through a tree and even some of the ground. Later, Kisame stated that B's frequency of lightning was more penetrative than that of wind techniques.
Onto B's tailed-beast capabilities. B is one of the very few people who is able to completely "control" the Eight-Tails. Why do I say "control"? Well, because B didn't really control as much as he did tame, or make friends with him. And due to this, B has two heads instead of one per say. The two can form strategies off of each other and help each other out in any situation. And another perk, B is immune to genjutsu because of this, due to the fact that the tailed-beast can just wake B up. B can also shoot ink out of his mouth to help him out. For example, if fighting an edo, he can make an ink clone to restrict the edos movement and the ink clone proceeds to trap and seal the clone. Yes, B is able to seal enemies. As a perfect Jinchuriki, he is able to use any part of the beast as he pleases, like using a tentacle (or multiple) as extra arms to aid him.
On top of all these perks, the tailed beast also has incredible ninjutsu that's capable of taking out nearly any opponent. For example, the

Just as I did with the Ninjutsu section, I'll be coming some other aspects of B's fighting styles in this section, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu.
B has more than enough aspects helping him become an expert in Taijutsu. He has large chakra reserves, speed, agility, strength, the list goes on.. B's base Lariat was stronger than the A's when the two of them saw each other during the war. Proving he has more than enough base-strength. It may seem silly, but B also was a sumo fight against a giant bear. In the beginning of B's fight with Taka, he seemed to be more than just out-doing all three male members in Taijutsu, he didn't even have competition seeing as how he had better speed, agility, strength, and so on. B also has shown signs on fast reflexes; for example, during the fight with Minato Namikaze, B intercepted one of his Kunai with the tailed-beasts tentacle. All in all, B has a fighting style which is similar to that of the Raikage's because they both use wrestling moves instead of standard taijutsu. He supplements the speed and power of his taijutsu with his tailed beast's cloak.

is an interesting twist on his fighting style. When B was young, he was only capable of effectively using two swords, but as he grew older his kenjutsu abilities had improved an incredible amount. B holds his seven blades in between the joints of his arms (left armpit, both elbows), right leg, stomach, the right side of his neck, and in his mouth. As strange as it appears, B is very skilled with this. Since his fighting technique is so unique from the average opponent, it's easy for B to overwhelm his enemy quickly and instill fear in them, giving him the advantage. Not even Suigetsu or Sasuke could read his moves, and they're both highly trained in swords. B is also capable of infusing his lightning chakra nature into the swords (as he did with the pencil). During this time, B can cut through nearly anything with ease, on top of that he can throw the swords as mid-ranged projectiles. After B obtained Samehada, he intended to use it as his swords, creating multiple strategies that take advantage of the swords ability to take chakra or even the fact that it can think for itself.Intelligence
Although it may not seem it and there aren't too many examples, B is somewhat intelligent and has shown to be quite observant and quick to come up with strategies mid-battle.

Sasuke kicked B right in the neck and it didn't even effect B, later during that fight Sasuke hit him blatantly with a Chidori, and Jugo hit him with one of his enhanced punches from behind. Even though this is a fatal combo, B showed no visible damage from the attacks, and later leaves unscathed from the fight. B has also taken a full-powered Lariat from A and didn't show any visible damage either.
I don't even think I need to talk about the amount of chakra B has. He is the 8 tails Jinchuriki, that should be enough to show off the extents of how much stamina and chakra he has the ability to exhaust during a battle.
