Hey guys. I'll show here that SM users can have an advantage against genjutsu.
As we know, those how master Sage mode have learned how to absorve natural energy arround them and balance this energy with they chakra and their chakra system/flow, creating senjutsu chakra and entering sage mode.
To break free from a genjutsu, one can disturb their chakra flow to try to wake up. Howeve, that's hard in a genjutsu, but it can be done. Also, another option is to have an ally to place his chakra into the one who is under the genjutsu. This new(outside) chakra will also disturb the chakra flow, waking someone from a genjutsu.
So, if someone who has mastered SM gets caught in a genjutsu, he is able to escape it by absorving natural energy and balancing him with his own. This would be an outside energy, disturbing the SM user's chakra flow, and waking him up from a genjutsu, considering that natural energy is not their own chakra when it is outside. SM users have a great chakra control, because mastering SM and controlling natural energy is very hard. So, if they are under a genjutsu, they might be able to do that and escape from it.
This is it, I think with a lot of focus, one can use the natural energy(once SM is mastered) to escape a genjutsu. What do you think? If I made a mistake, correct me please. My memory is not very good, so I easily forget stuff. Thanks, everyone.
