Bcos both have the exact same ability and major jutsu(rasengan) ...in that case the one with more experience using them will surely win
also Ma and Pa can fuse with jiraiya so jiraiya can be in sage mode as long as he wants but naruto depends on his shadow clones which are limited to few numbers
Then Jman has more jutsus too like fire release,fire and oil combo with frogs

I agree and Jman fought a full power pain who hadn't exhausted any of his chakra beforehand. The Pain that Naruto fought had already destroyed an entire village and used all sorts of powerful ninjutsu during his attack on Konoha.

Jman takes this high difficulty IMO.
