Jiraiya-has ma and pa to gather sage chakra for him, but dont do anything else.

-They know each others techs through training with each other, and knowing what sage mode is

-They are fighting in a prairie.
-They want to kill each other

I go with naruto. Narutos SM beats Jmans SM anyday because naruto actually completed it. jiraiya didnt. So narutos SM is better.
