Chiyo released the Ten Puppets of Monzaemon, 1 puppet per finger, so she couldn't control Sakura even if she wanted to without sacrificing a few puppets.
After Chiyo's White Move, Sasori released his Red Move: Performance of 100 Puppets. Skaura got scratched only once, if I remember correctly. But she dodged and destroyed quite a few of them.

Dodging isn't much off a problem since sm naruto has dodged faster attacks

Nothing stoping naruto from spamming clones to take care of puppets

Rasenshuiken should take care of sasori quite nicely

Personally i think the anime does Peoples speed and dodge feats more justice then the manga.. you can barely tell in the manga meanwhile the anime it is clear .. although she was able to dodge around 20 or so .. With the terrain as help ..

Most of the battle was Chiyos' puppets taking care of them she would of easily been overwhelm if chiyo didn't use her forbidden puppet techs.
