Straight up. In a One on one fight, who wins?

Naruto may be more powerful, as he beat pain when Tsunade and the rest of the village couldnt, but...

Tsunade's med-nin attacks would still damage Naruto, when they didnt work on pain.

While i believe that Naruto is one of, if not the most intelligent FIGHTERS in the series, shown when he outsmarts Neji, deidara, kakazu, kakashi and Pain, theres no doubt that hes a dumb ass in any other way.

Tsunade is very intelligent in all facets, perhaps giving her a boost.

Tsunade's super strength would basically be a non factor, as SM naruto could basically have the hokage monument dropped on him and possibly survive.
