Muu and Onoki would both win. Tough i must say that they're both characters that i don't know a lot, so i can't make a decent argument.
My claim is bassed on that i don't find a way for Naruto to reach Onoki on the air, or stop his jinton. Any long ranged attack can be dodged by flying or covered by rock golem (exept for FRS of course) but with Oonoki's speed feats i'd say he can dodge it.
Muu's invisibility might not work properly against Naruto's sensing (i don't know about this) but still it gives him an advantage since Naruto should be concentrated on sensing constantly.
Frog song: Naruto's chance. Maybe you can tell me the counter beans, since i'm sure you made this thread to explain how Onoki and Muu would win.

What if it's restricted?
Oonoki's flight isn't really a problem, a boss summon can reach high altitudes or simply be dropped on him w/ Food Cart Destroyer. Not to mention none of Oonoki's attacks are landing due to not only the distance in which Oonoki would have to be to avoid Naruto's Rasenshuriken's or Rasengan variants, but also Sage sensing.
Naruto nukes him.
Mu is tricky, due to invisibility but SM should be able to sense him, if not, he still won't land a hit as he would be sensed while he attempts to charge Jinton.

Boss summons are big, easy targets for Jinton, which can't be evaded or have their prep interrupted. If a boss toad leaps at him, Onoki cancels the Jinton, dodges the toad, and nukes the toad as it lands. Food Cart Destroyed needs the summoner to be above the target in order for the jutsu to be used effectively. Rasengan variants are easy to evade when Onoki is airborne, and FRS prep, which needs clones, is slower than Jinton prep. Onoki can just destroy the FRS with Jinton as it's being charged up, or at least before it reaches him. Clone spam does nothing since Jinton can wipe out large numbers at once.
I guess you do have a good point here, as Jinton is definitely fired quicker than FRS, and the toads are a huge target. I didn't really think about it till now.

Pretty sure Onoki has Moving Earth Core, so dropping the ground beneath him far (with a rock clone) while flying back up to use a conical Jinton should easily shit on anything Naruto can create within that perimeter.

] SM Naruto does this faster and easier, when you take in account his much superior strength, how easily he throws boss sized summons in the sky etc. Once Onoki tries to dodge sideways, Naruto or the elder toads can read the trajectory with their SM perception midair, and stop his movement with 1) another clone 2)
