He wouldn't be able to hold a complete Susano'O for any decent amount of time. His fight with Danzo lasted ten minutes which he alternated between Ribcage, Skeleton, Armoured, and not using Susano'O at all.

Meaning the amount he could spend in Armoured Susano'O as it is, is around 5 minutes (there's no evidence for it being 5 minutes but that's just my guess based on the chakra drain of the other Susano'O variants he used.) All that was only with one use of Amaterasu as well. Meaning every time he uses it, he's taking chunks out of the time he can use Susano'O.​

That should be an ample amount of time considering Pain Arc Naruto has the same exact time limit for Sage Mode, and his only way to reenter is to stand still and gather energy since he can't merge with Ma or Pa nor does he have any clones at Mybokuzan in this scenario. Once he leaves Sage Mode, he stands no chance against Sasuke.

Using Armoured Susano'O and Amaterasu also already forced him out of Susano'O gasping for air. The strain of complete Susano'O and Amaterasu would be even worse.

Agreed, good thing he doesn't need to use Amaterasu with his Complete Susanoo, only Enton as it has an orb equipped to it.

in pain arc itz not like naruto cn go to SM instant and he had time limit for SM there.we saw how madara susano counter naruto attacks so no need to write all.
sensing smthing and can counter that thing is whole different things.amaterasu is fast and he got no counter on that.

If this was Hebi Sauce, you would have had an argument. In character MS or EMS Sasuke doesn't charge in with a sword. His first move against Danzo was Susano'o, his first move against Juubito was Amaterasu, his first move against half dead Obito was an Enton arrow, his first move against Madara was Amaterasu, and his first move against fodder Zetsu was a full Susano'o and Magatama spam. The moment he sees Naruto, he's going either for Ama or an arrow.

Sasuke wins... SM Naruto already admitted that he was weaker than Ms Sasuke... Also Sasuke has a decent counter to everything Naruto can throw at him FRS can get ignited via Amaterasu... Sasuke is already used to Naruto and his clones not to mention his Susanoo could keep him safe from Taijutsu... Naruto Summoning are nothing they can get put under sharingan Jutsu or Amaterasu'ed or Manda and Aoda could take them etc... I just don't see Sasuke losing this at all...
