i say naruto cuz Minato's rasengan wouldn't really do much damage. I think Naruto would come up with a strategy for FTG in time, and Senjutsu attacks are super strong, a couple punches could make a difference. and SM (without clones) would initially have more chakra than Base mode Minato.

SM naruto is slower than Minato without using FTG not to mention Minato has sealing jutsu, Large reserves of chakra, Rasengans, Extremely good reflexes and Is a Genius

Naruto is a fool and will get killed if Minato went for killing.

Sage mode: Sense CHakra presence, FTG is to fast for him.
Naruto rasengan barrage: Minato easly dodge
Summoning: Both have the same summons = Toads
Power: Naruto >Minato
Speed: Minato > Naruto hardcore
Both uses the rasengan
