But there is a time limit on sage mode and Kisame is extremely durable. Kisame outlasts SM to win IMO.

hard to say, Kisame was on the verge of being op when it comes to his haxxed healing, but wind Rasen shurikan supposedly damages the very chakra paths themselves or something like that, so I'd say the SM naruto could do it with 2 Rasenshurikens, one to cripple his chakra networks and basically nullify Samehada's haxxed healing, and a second one to finish the job
