SM Naruto vs Kinkaku and Ginkaku

Conditions: Kinkaku and Ginkaku have their Sage tools and are alive.
Restrictions: Naruto can't use Kyubi chakra

Naruto stomps. Neither brother is getting a chance to connect with their Sage tools if a Naruto clone can dodge the Third Raikage with Sage Sensing. Naruto can kill either brother before they know they have to go into V2 simply by sidestepping their weapons and ramming a Rasengan to their skulls/breaking their necks with Frog Katas. Even if the fight lasts long enough for them to go V2, Naruto still wins. His clones keep them busy with SM enhanced Oodama Rasengans while Naruto himself preps and ends them with Rasenshuriken.

It's not "situational" at all. Unless Kinkaku and Ginkaku are faster than the Third Raikage, they are not getting past Naruto's clones, each of which possess the strength to throw giant rhinos to the clouds and spam Oodama Rasengans. Ginkaku and Kinkaku get buffeted and swatted back in the same way

before they get a chance to take out the clone prepping Rasenshuriken. Then it's just a matter of distracting them with clones and smoke bombs before landing Rasenshuriken.

Naruto can win this, but it's not a stomp.

Naruto can oneshot them before they think of going V2. He can dodge each of their weapons casually, can overwhelm them with clones that possess the same dodging, strength and destruction feats, and can take them out with his weakest Rasenshurikens even in the event that they do manage to reach V2. It's a stomp.
