Base Naruto with a 50% complete Rasenshuriken killed Kakuzu twice and left his third heart at the edge of failing. A SM enhanced Rasenshuriken potentially has the ability to oneshot.

Nevermind the fact that he could take out the masks with Frog Katas or Rasengan variants. Or the fact that he could summon Gamabunta for Suiton bullets to counter Kakuzu's Katon. Or the fact that he can put up a dust cloud, throw a clone up in the air, attack Kakuzu with a clone transformed to look like a Rasenshuriken before ambushing him or a mask from above with the clone. Or the fact that Naruto can leave behind a clone to gather natural energy and stay in SM. SM Naruto wins quite handily.
