SM Naruto vs Kages

Which Kages can defeat actual sm naruto? (actual naruto can enter it in less time and can use 3 rasen shurikens)

Rules:
-Naruto cant use kyubi chakra
-It can be any kage (from any nations, any time), also people who could have been kages: orochimaru, jiraiya, kakashi... or leaders of any minor village: hanzo, mifune...
-No harishama, nagato, edo tensei
-Naruto starts in sm, no clones moulding senjutsu chakra

I think A, Orochimaru, Oonoki, Mu, 3rd Raikage, 2nd Mizukage, and possibly Gaara would be capable of defeating SM Naruto.
Not sure about Danzo, but he might be able to withstand the duration of SM with Izanagi.

Those rules are stupid because, number 1 - you say it can be any Kage and then say it can't be Hashirama and number 2 - You say people can use ninja who weren't even Kage, i refuse to participate.

He can beat Tsunade, Mei, Kakashi, Hanzo, and Mifune no doubt. The rest beat him.

He can also beat the 3rd Raikage with knowledge on his fight with the Hachibi.

Also the only reason naruto won tht fight because the beginning and middle of the fight deva path couldn't use his gravity jutsu

Between gaara's defense and his ability to fly I dnt think so

Naruto can't pass through gaara sand coffin. Naruto can't pass through raikage speed since he was equal in initial Kyuubi chakra mode. So in sage mode. Speed factor. Same goes for other kages. Only reason naruto withstand pain was due to Kyuubi transformation else he would have been killed. See pain lost most of chakra in fighting 8 tail mode. So. My opinion. sage <kage
