Who would win SM Naruto with frog summons,frog kata,rasenshuriken,etc. Or Hebi Sasuke with hawk summoning,3 tomoe sharingan,chidori,etc.

Don't judge this fight prematurely. As we know since Itachi's and Sasuke's fight with Kabuto, the Juin is an incomplete form of the Ryuu Sennin Modo, and Sasuke's Juin contains Senchakra. He can summon Manda and the rest of Orochimaru's huge snakes to face Naruto's toads, and more importantly he can even control them with his Sharingan, making them fight each other.
Kirin is even more of a finishing-move than Rasen Shuriken, and Sennin Modo or not, Genjutsu affects Naruto.
It's not a stretch to say that Sasuke stands some chances.

Kirin is an attack solely relies on long preparation and right circumstances lol I don't see why people think it can be cast like instantly.
I say SM naruto, because hebi sasuke was only have normal sharigan right ?
in that case, I don't see how he can take down naruto once he pop out bunch of frogs.
yes I understand there will be snakes too, but I think he need step it up to MS to make it more of equal fight.

I agree but Naruto is a perfect sage while Sasuke is an imperfect sage. Naruto would beat Sasuke with mid difficulty imo. Maybe mid-high because Hebi Sasuke did give sick Itachi a good fight.
Naruto has slightly superior speed, frog song and the rasenshuriken for which Sasuke has no counter for. Naruto's sensing abilities counter Sasuke's visual genjutsu.

IMO Sage Mode Naruto mid-high difficulty. I'll try to think of a proper scenario/fanfic for this fight since I hate essays.
But you mentioned hawks and nothing about the curse seal/Oro's abilities, are we talking about the same Sasuke?
Kirin would be a good trump card if he can prepare it though. I wonder what he'd do if Naruto had several clones out in different positions.
