I say Naruto would win but only because of rasenshruikan. Clones and summons are crucial for sage mode... without them its pretty weak (for Naruto). But rasenshruikan could bust up Choji and his pretty wings.

I don't think Naruto can use rasenshuriken without clones. But he can still use sage art: giant rasengan which will most likely get Choji because he's a huge target so yeah SM Naruto wins
