Okay so this is the Naruto that fought Pain. EMS Sasuke should win for sure although I am not sure on which difficulty. If MS Sasuke>=SM Naruto (cannon hype) EMS Sasuke wins for sure although the gap between MS Sasuke and EMS Sasuke isn't that big so I don't think this is a stomp in Sasuke's favour but Sasuke is the clear victor.
The frog song is the biggest problem but Sasuke could probably kill one of the toads while they are prepping the genjutsu which itself takes up to 30 seconds. I say Sasuke mid-high difficulty thanks to enton spam which will neutralize a lot of Naruto clones so a rasengan barrage is not going to work at its fullest potential. If Sasuke manages to destroy that many clones, the remaining ones won't do much damage to susanoo anyway especially Sasuke's full susanoo.
I don't think Naruto should fall for genjutsu since he has sensing abilities but if he does, is the Kyubbi allowed to break him out? Well anyway Ma and Pa could do the same so no matter, genjutsu isn't much of a threat although some clones will disperse if the real Naruto does get hit.
