So Madara with all his powers, with the only limitation is being able to go to Susano'o V3, versus a kiddo Sage Mode Naruto.

Pain is stronger than this version of Madara, and Naruto took him on, but unfortunately, he lost. Still, Naruto took out most of the Paths of Pain. Would Madara with such limitations be able to do this? No. Any Susano'o that is not perfect would have to fight Animal Path and his Multi-Headed Dog, which would be impossible to take out; in fact, if it doesn't destroy Madara's Susano'o, it'll at least distract it, and Madara will be vulnerable to either Shinra Tensei or Chou Shinra Tensei to the back. This would destroy the Susano'o and make the dog finish him up or simply get negged by Asura's Path Missiles or Animal Path. Basically, at that point pretty much any Path could kill him.
Pain > Limited Madara
Pain > SM Naruto
People, keep in mind this isn't Edo Madara, and his stamina is very low compared to said version, and Madara wouldn't fight Pain as well as Naruto did - he'd get destroyed in just a few minutes, unlike Naruto.
Since Naruto's stamina is much bigger, he could get rid of Madara's V3 Susano'o by either using a lot of Giant Rasengan clones, or simply a lot of Rasen-shuriken clones (who would undoubtedly either destroy Madara's Susano'o or at least weaken it a lot); at this point, Naruto could make hundreds of clones once again and use normal Rasengans or once again, Giant Rasengans on Madara's weakened Susano'o and then take him out easily.
Yeah, Madara stands no chance against Naruto; he would curpstomped by Pain, and because of Naruto's stamina and Madara's reliability on Perfect Susano'o, he loses. Hell, EMS Madara V3 Susano'o got destroyed by generic Mokuton that base Hashirama used on him.
In other words, Naruto wins, and pretty easily too. There is just no way that EMS Madara can take Naruto out, especially because of his low stamina, reliability on Susano'o (in this case an extremely weak version), and problem facing destructive attacks with such limitations.
Now, to end this post, don't worry, your thread was not bad - it was great because it worked as an opportunity to show everybody that Madara without Perfect Susano'o or Kurama is just weak compared to mid-high tier characters. Yes, Madara with perfect Susano'o is in the demi-god tier, but without it, he's no match for even high-mid tier characters, officially making him a low-mid tier character, and I am being generous.
Even Base Naruto would defeat this version of Madara because his stamina is still monstrous and destructive power complimented by clones, which is what Naruto mostly has. Remember, Naruto is no joke, he is a Kage level ninja in base mode - giving him Sage Mode basically makes him at the very least a mid-tier Kage.
