Danzo can easily stall for himself and remove the seal in seconds. We have to understand in some situation, that the author wants to build suspense in the manga to stall the character revealing something mysterious. And it can be one of the reasons why it took Danzo a whole chapter getting rid of the last two bolts.

Naruto win. Current naruto doesn't need clones gathering sage chakra for him since he can enter sm easily now. He can cancel the clones gathering chakra so that he can use his clones well. Danzo would not be able to place a seal on naruto since he would be demolished in cqc without any diff. Naruto has sm sensing so danzo's attack are know before he even used it. Danzo can't or hasn't shown any genjutsu so that is out of the question. Factoring in bushin feint which danzi will fall for many times this match definitely goes to naruto. Baku can chop a frs. If this is pain arc naruto then the result might be diff.

Now why would you say he doesn't need it when the OP says otherwise? Your going against the conditions of the OP. This is clearly the Sage Naruto that fought Pein.

Danzo will place a seal on Naruto as being better at CQC means nothing. he can sense danger faster but the Izanagi spawn is too close for him not to get touch. So sure Naruto kicks his butt but let doesn't matter has he would be touched by then, ending this match up.

What do you mean Danzo hasn't shown any genjutsu? He used it at the Summit, and he is holding the most powerful Sharingan via Genjutsu wise, in the Naruto-verse. Every Sharingan that is 3-tomoe and up gains a generic Sharingan Genjtusu. So once again the match end here.

Baku is not needed unless Naruto uses summoning, as Danzo will know that wind will increase wind.

The genjutsu danzo shows @ the summit is restricted so I don't know which one he will use here. Naruto can change tactics he doesn't always have to stay the way he start d match. No one has ever touched sm naruto in cqc and naruto has knowledge of izanagi here and can sense danzo anytime he appears.
