Naruto wins, but Danzo isn't that easy to kill with his sharingarm. If he unwraps the bandages he has superior tracking. Naruto is OP though, so he wins. He could storm the battlefield with clones, then rasengan barrage. Naruto is extremely hard to kill, he just keeps getting back up.
