everyone seems to under estimate SM. SM has the ability to make a person just as strong as any tailed beast. SM is compareable to KM and BM. it doesn't have the same power output as BM but it had a great Def. ability.

facts are this.

a naruto clone showed up in KM and was having a real hard time downing the 3rd raikage.

so the naruto clone figured out to go SM for the ability to sence danger better.

and then naruto clone brought the 3rd raikage down.

this by itself says the Naruto SM Clone meaning 1 is as strong as the 3rd or the 8 tail and thats just a clone.

Naruto himself seems to come up with rather complex plans, but I see that his intelligence is laughed at a lot in these parts...

Naruto definitely has the raw power to take out Bee (Rasengans+FRS+huge strength and what not), so all he needs is a good feint to do it. On the other hand, Bee has to face the natural defense of Sage Mode, FRS and its tricky expansion, not getting hit by frog kata w/ no knowledge, making sure not to fall into a trap, and much more. So I'm inclined to give it to Naruto.
