Well, it's probably possible for Naruto to use smoke bombs to buy him enough time to use large amounts of shadow clones as a distraction.
Let me point this out. Kurama slammed him into the ground. This allows for the full effect to take place since there's something to press against. A's punch can't do as much damage as Kurama. I mean, it was stated that a swipe from Kurama's tail could destroy a mountain. Even at half power, this would do more damage that A's fist.

Yes, he's faster than V1. Any difference between A and 3rd raikage would be minor since they use the exact same jutsu. V2 is a different story though.
Sensing goes a long way. Sasuke managed to pwn Naruto with 9 tails chakra because of precog sensing, despite the huge difference between the 2.

By seeing how chakra enters Naruto's body, Sasuke was able to predict Naruto's attack, and utterly outclass him despite the fact that he was much slower than him. It even helped him against Naruto's one-tail form.

This is how Uchiha have been keeping up with KCM Naruto. Except, in Naruto's case, he doesn't see chakra, he feels it. However, he's shown to have immense precision in his sensing abilities.

He was able to specifically look for a specific chakra among God knows how many people. I'd say he'd be able to predict to a certain degree. However, it's not simply predicting, his body wouldn't be outclassed by an immense margin either.
I don't think he can dodge, but A'd have to be ridiculously faster than SM Naruto in order to run up to him and manage to land a hit without Naruto being able to block. And he wouldn't due to the fact that he's => his V1 speed. Also, frog kumute would make up for what he'd lack in reach even if he couldn't bring his arms up.
The only reason Sasuke could keep up with 1 tailed Naruto is because he could see Naruto's movements. The sharingan has the abillity to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. Sasuke even says ''I can see him movements''. It has nothing to do with seeing chakra.
Can Naruto sens wether A is going to punch him or kick him? Because it's one thing to feel that A is going to attack but in order to block an attack you need to know where and when he will hit you.

Kabuto isn't even a perfect sage and he's saying that. Plus, Jugo doesn't have the feats SM Naruto does. He hasn't been shown to be nearly as powerful as SM Naruto.
1. No it doesn't. It merely increases the speed and raw power. The chakra shroud around him simply heals him quicker, that's not durability.
2. You misunderstand. KCM doesn't increase durability, which is why getting hit while in SM would be much better than getting hit in KCM.
Both KCM and SM do enhance naruto due to powerful chakra. SM is balanced cuz it has both yin/yang components KCM only yang thus enhances only body related attributes, speed, strength durability. KCM holds superior body enhancement as we see that naruto is faster in KCM then SM.
