He beat Taka before Sasuke started using Mangekyou. After that, it was all tailed beast.

From what we've seen from SM naruto, ei taking on Pein, Kyuubi, 3rd Raikage, I'd place SM Naruto on par with full Killer Bee. Killer Bee goes 8-tails beast mode? Naruto got the better of the nine tails. Without his tailed beast, Bee doesn't compare.
