I mean Naruto can sense Amaterasu coming and dodge it. Sasuke cant keep Susanno up forever and keep it covered with fire.

Your missing a lot . . . Sasuke is marginally stronger in this comparison. Also Amaterasu needs Speed cpmpareable to A to be dodged, but he may sense the intent and try to be in sasuke's blind spots (unlikely)
