very close. btw sm naruto doesn't have ma and pa, they just came along to face pain when he attacked konoha. that also takes away the frog song out of naruto's arsenal (ma and pa are not a part of his transformation otherwise you would have seen them every time he uses sm) he can't summon them (plus they can't fuse with him coz of kurama).

BM naruto has a higher chance of defeating itachi thanks to immense raw power and speed. But SM naruto will lose...not because of genjutsu but because of the fact that naruto cannot sustain sage mode for a long time. And secondly itachi can seal him if he wants. We all know how smart itachi is and i don't think he's just going to stand there and watch naruto summoning clones and performing rasenshuriken. And of course itachi has izanami.

This is the itachi that fought sasuke. 1. Itachi can't use izanami cause it would deplete his chakra.

2.like i said in the thread ma/pa can fuse with naruto now due to kuramas evil chakra being purified.

3. Itachi couldn't keep his susano up for more then two minutes and his opponents need to stay still long enough to pierce them.

Not sure what you mean by Amatersasu being avoidable if he keeps his distance. As long as Itachi can see Naruto he can hit him with Amaterasu. Learn to read the manga or please stop making threads.

Itachi spanks, every time.

The toads are easily dispatched with via Magatama or Totsuka, you can take your pick. Naruto himself is destroyed via Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. While he may have increased reflexes, Amaterasu is the closest thing to NEAR instantaneous speed. A had to clad his body in V2, as well as use the Shunshin. Naruto's SM speed cannot par this, meaning he'd simply get caught by it. Furthermore, no one's breaking Naruto out of Tsukuyomi. It's 72 hours in his world but only 3 seconds in reality, I don't think Ma and Pa would be able to break him before they're even aware of what's going on. Rasenshuriken is evaded, or tanked with Yata, not an issue here. And that's about it, Naruto would lose every time. It's not a question on how much chakra Susano'o takes, it's a question of when he's going to use it. Remember, against Sasuke, he'd already used Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu. I also dare say Itachi is more skilled with clones than Naruto himself...

Tsukuyomi is too fast, even if they were on top of Naruto's shoulders. He'd fall to the ground before they knew what was happening, and his genjutsu would be threat to them too.

Amertarasu can be avoided if naruto keeps his distance from itachi.

Amaterasu is not a projectile. The flames converge wherever the user focuses. As long as as long as Itachi can see him distance does not matter.

Susano can't be countered tho ma/pa can use frog song to put itachi under genjutsu since that seems to be a uchihas weakness.

Genjutsu is not an Uchiha's weakness, in fact, countering it is where they shine. Either way, the technique takes too long to prep, and if Naruto is hiding, it gives away his location. It would do more harm than good against an opponent like Itachi.

Itachis fire style jutsu won't hit sm naruto since they have been shown to be dodged easily by even fodders.

I don't recall fodder dodging Itachi's fireball. He used it like three times, and against high level opponents. It was countered, but never dodged. Despite this Naruto should be able to dodge it.

Sm naruto is faster than itachi and has super human strengh so we all know who comes off on top in close range battle.

I don't think SM Naruto is faster than Itachi, and hand to hand against Itachi would never happen as if he gets too close he will be put under a genjutsu.

with his current knowledge naruto knows not to look into itachi's eyes and with his sage sensing and speed he can counter amaterasu. he can make 2 clones and each go attack susanoo one from abobe and one behind itachi can only use amaterasu on one so the other clone would probably break through susanoo (since sm naruto could lift kurama).

if the above doesn't work then naruto with his sage speed and sensing stalls for time while ma and pa perform frog call. since ma and pa can probably sync with naruto i think that he can use unlimited sage chakra so he can do taju kage bushin no jutsu while in sage mode. but the whole ma and pa being able to syc with naruto is just speculation.

Unless itachi uses Yaska Matagama and throws it at the toads to either kill them, make them stop singing or just make so much noise that it distorts the genjutsu, in plent of time for Itachi to do something violent.
