Of course he does. But he has STRONGER kyuubi power now lmao.. I favor Sasuke but honestly I'll just reserve my opinion on a dead scale of both until proven otherwise present tense; considering that perhaps Kishi had shown that they're both on a similar level because Madara knocked them out both at once. A word of advice, try to read between the lines. But don't go pissing people off in the process or losing your head by leaning it too far to one side.
