The Masters definitely win.
-Susanoo is no issue for them. Gai's Hirudora can deal major damage to Armored Susanoo, or Kakashi's Kamui can warp it away in pretty much a second since it warped the Gedo Mazo's arm away, and it's larger than Sasuke's Susanoo. He gets warped away along with it. Susanoo arrows get warped away by Kakashi's Kamui, or evaded by Gai.
-SM Naruto gets punked by Gai in close combat. Superior, far superior speed, and an attack that blows V3 Susanoo apart in one hit. If Naruto tries to spam clones, Gai releases Hirudora and the AoE kills them and the original off.
-If Naruto somehow makes a giant FRS, Kakashi can warp it away with Kamui.
