well, first of all, if Nardo has Ma and Pa on his shoulders he won't need 3 clones at Mt. Myoboku, so he'll be able to create more clones for battle and won't have to worry about SM running out

that said, I think this is a high dif fight that could go either way, but leaning towards team 2

--Seeing that itachi is in the same condition as he was when he fought sasuke,,, its clear that sasuke can use his MS techniques to a much higher extent commpared to itachi,,,,,

--Naruto being a CQC fighter most of the time,, therefore alllows Minato to mark him,, regardless of hiw Naruto attackks he iis bound to get marked by him,, and once that happpens,, Minato has multiple ways to KO him,,,,

--Sasuke can maintain his susnaoo for mucch longer time than itachi,, and can fire susnaoo arrows,,, along with Minato firing rasengans,, at itachi to therefore either destroy his susnaoo,, or the duo can simply outlast him,, by forcing him to use his susanoo,,,
