I think kabuto actually takes it because he was stronger than EMS Sasuke and MS Sasuke was supposedly stronger than SM naruto.
I realize that if a > b and b > c that doesn't automatically mean a > c. But unlike naruto kabuto's techniques were almost born to be faced against Sasuke, so it might not work as effectively against naruto.
Um....no. SM Naruto without Ma and Pa was said to be stronger than MS Sasuke pre-Susanoo. Naruto is capable of fusing with Ma and Pa which puts him in the same position as SM Kabuto who used sound genjutsu to not only paralyze Sasuke and Itachi but take down their Susanoo. Naruto have sensory skills to dodge the same attacks Kabuto did like Susanoo arrows and Naruto shown to have enhance strength on his side.
Lets look at Kabuto's skills set: Sensory ability, higher chakra reserve, powered up jutsus, Karin healing, Suigetsu's water body, Kimimaru's bones, sound 4 jutsus, Orochimaru's snake powers, and his medical ninjutsus and expertise.
Naruto has enhanced strength, speed, durability (landed on spikes without a sign of injury), faster recovery rate, increased power of jutsus, higher chakra reserve, can fuse with Ma and Pa who can snap Naruto out of genjutsu, use boiling oil, use frog song (stronger than Kabuto which only paralyze the body while FS paralyze the body and mind).
Kabuto's white noise was made to counter Doujutsu users and it works better in a cave than out since the sound can bound off the walls, Naruto will still have his sensory ability. Most of Kabuto's jutsus were made to be most effective in a cave setting like his jutsu to warp the environment. Kabuto does have Manda 2 but Naruto have 3 giant toads plus Gamagichi if you count how large he's gotten when we see him in the war.
Kabuto's SM doesn't give the same enhancements we seen Naruto's SM does, Naruto also have 2 Sage's on his shoulders who can allow Naruto to use certain jutsus, stay in SM longer, and help him with Strategies. He also have the number in powerful summons and have faced the sound 4 before, he might not remember them much but it will become familiar to him as the fight goes on. Kimimaru's most thickest bone broke on Gaara's shield which he barely used Shukaku's power for (he didn't shown any signs of being taken over while he does shows it when he use the bijuus powers even after the timeskip which is why his old jounin leader was worried) so Naruto's SM strength is enough to break that as he has a 1 hit power from feat. FRS can kill Kabuto if it hits him since it's a cellular level attack and at about half complete, was enough to kill 2 of Kakuza's hearts.
