Location : Konoha Crater, Kabuto ate Naruto and took his place to defeat Pain.

Stade of Mind : IC for everyone, if only Deva is left, he'll be bloodlusted and will try to use max Shinra Tensei or planetary devastation.

Intel : Kabuto knows which Pain has which ability, and knows their formation. The Pains knows the extensive modifications his body suffered and his abilities.

Restriction : No MAX Shinra Tensei or Planetary Devastation, Deva is still reeling from the max shinra tensei, Kabuto won't use the sound five + Orochimaru DNA for the get-go and cannot use the sound Genjutsu unless cornered and out of options.
He has Edo Fourth Kazekage at his disposal, but he's weakened.

ROUND 2 : Deva isn't reeling, so Pain is at full power.

Round 3 : Kabuto comes in with edo Kimi and edo Asuma.

kabuto can't even use genjutsu till he is cornered. Human path absorbs his soul. But I guess he has to catch him first. In any case, all tech are useless against preta path. They just buy time till deva is back and then bansho tenin, Human path catches him and kills him.

fourth kazekage is a non factor here with preta path present and animal path can keep them both busy till deva is ready.

Preta Path can't absorb too much Nature energy. If Human gets a hold of him, Can't Kabuto liquefy? Muki Tensei could be used as an offense and defence since it uses the environment...

Not sure if Pain gets frogified if he absorbs Kabuto's techniques. He absorbed a huge rasengan from Jiraiya and was absorbing Rasenshurikens. I doubt Kabuto's techniques will effect Pain.
But I think genjutsu would end pain.

Kabuto is so much faster than any Pain and has such better reflexes that none of them bar Deva and Animal are even a problem.
If any of those 4 other Pains come at him, he'll tear at least 1 apart and bob and weave through the rest.
Not only that, but Manda II takes out a few as well.

If Pain can touch him by simply ganging up on him, it'd be by luck alone.

And if Preta is distracted by the 4th Kazekage, Kabuto is free to use all Jutsus on the other Pains, making his inevitable victory arrive even sooner. The Kazekage can fly, where Preta can't. And Animal's summons won't be much of a problem either thanks to Manda II.
All not factoring in things like Hakugeki, Muki Tensei, or Sound Genjutsu.
