White Rage blinds and immobilizes all the Pain bodies while Muki Tensei animates the pipes and kills them.

Ok, then Kabuto still wins, since he can liquefy to get by CST and CT.

CT goes out of the window in this scenario as Deva has to turn off all the paths and then has to be close to the main body or Nagato do accomplish this. White Rage ends it right off the back. If necessary he follows it up with Inorganic Transmigration. It's game over. Low difference, honestly.

I cannot see how Deva or any other path with their sub-par speeds match Kabuto's resilience and reaction rates. The guy dodged a Susano'o arrow. He isn't even getting toughed here. This makes Human and Petra path useless. Kabuto can easily summon Manda two and finish off the summons. Not that it would be necessary. If SM Naruto can dodge the bird swoop, when he's far from being the fastest, I cannot see how someone like Kabuto does worse.

Sound Genjutsu or webs that cannot be cut with regular swords are also viable options to immobilize the paths and finish them off. This guy has too many options at his disposal.

In this location, Pain wouldn't use Chibaku Tensei. And even if he did, that'd have to be the very first move he makes, because Kabuto has multiple ways of putting down Pain rather easily.
Hakugeki followed by Muki Tensei kills all of them
Sticky Spider Thread immobilizes all but Preta, Deva, and maybe Asura.
Mugen Ōnsa ends all of them
Hakugeki followed by Bracken Dance kills all of them

And, they can't touch DSM Kabuto.
