Well, Genjutsu or White Rage would immobilize and bind Obito since they aren't physical attacks, thus he can't phase through them. Though he could just sink into the ground when he sees them coming, and then rise up when they have both run their course. Though it might take him a while to grab Kabuto due to Sage Sensing, his reflexes, and the fact that a simple hand sign lets him attack Obito via Muki Tensei no matter where he is.

Kabuto probably ends up losing though.

I'd like to think Kabuto wins. His snakes (the ones that stay next to him) are pretty overpowered in the sense that they are extremely quick, agile, can sense and have a 1 shotting poison. It should pretty much negate any opportunity for Kamui'ing Kabuto away. Kabuto's Sound genjutsu and White Rage should also do decently versus Obito's Kamui. Maybe even Kimimaro's Bone Forest would allow him to counter Obito's Kamui assuming he can actually appear from any of the bones like Kimimaro does (doubt it though).

I actually believe Kabuto wins.

High difficulty though since while Obito might not be able to catch him that easily, his white rage could be avoided by going into his dimension. Sound genjutsu is the main problem. Apparently, there seems to be a difference in how the Sharingan fares against Sound genjutsu compared to ocular genjutsu.


Obito could still win though if he does manage to end up touching Kabuto. It's not impossible.

I'd imagine Kabuto's liquid self would be warped into Kamui.


Even Konan's explosion was warped despite having no solid shape. Not just the paper bombs but according to Obito anyways, he absorbed most of the explosion which ended up saving Konan's life.

If Kabuto liquifies the moment Obito makes contact with him, that liquid will probably be absorbed as well.

Obito will win eventually. Phasing underground to evade genjutsu, and just staying in ghost mode for majority of the fight. Obito just biding his time.

Does kabutos sm last forever? I know jugos cells extend the duration but i dont think its permanent is it. Either way, kabuto can never touch obito.

Simple yet ppl don't get it. Lol

Kabuto wins 100% of the encounters. Shadow clones also kills any thought of kamui being an option. Lol low- mid win in kabutos favor, and it's only mid because of how Long it would take to get the 100% win.

- Teleportation which is Obito's formidable technique can be countered by either Kimmimaro's bones from different part of his body or he'll simple slip in : Kisei Kikai no Jutsu while he's being touched.

- In order to effectively use the above, Kabuto would create a clone..This would enable him fight effectively against Obito's technique while being able to use some dangerous techniques.

- Tayuya's Genjutsu is a killer..Sasuke needed Itachi. Itachi can counter with a clone...Who's Obito's partner?

- Kabuto can use Sawarabi no Mai..This way he can travel through the large bones with Obito being unable to tell where he is since his Chakra flow through the bones as well. Imagine having a clone that can do that with as well? Obito can use intangibility to evade this and go underground? However, there are bones underground as well and he has a set time limit. Once he returns, he's a target for
