If Kabuto has the Edo army with him at the start without having to summon them, then Kabuto wins. If not, Madara kills him before he gets the chance to summon.

well kabuto has

4 akatsuki members: nagato, kakuzu, deidara, sasori.

4 previous kages: muu, 3rd raikage, 2nd mizukage, 4th kazekage.

7 swordsmen: zabuza, mangetsu, etc ...

6 jinchuriki: yugito, yagura, roshi, han, utakata, fuu.

kaku borthers: kinkaku & ginkaku.

+ haku, pakura, gari, chikuchi, shin, hanzo, chiyo, kimimaro, asuma, dan, hizashi, and many other edo tensei army under his control + his own powers which mean sage mode and you still think madara can win.

Sm kabuto,tatuya genjutsu oneshots madara,and saying madara can kill him before he summons the coffin is ridiculous,he has chakra sensing,enhanced reflexes,speed and snake reflexes,he dodged a susanoo arrow like nothing,a simple clap summons all his coffins and you think madara can kill him before he does that?,white rage teach stuns madara while nagato soul rips him,4th kazekage seals him,kabuto overwrites the seal on his head.he has nagato,deidara,kinkaku,ginkaku,muu,mizukage etc. Madara has no chance.

I say Kabuto takes it, from what we've seen so far.

Nagato has the capabilities to suck up all types of chakra, that includes perfect Susano'o. Even Susanoo clones can be dealt with due to the sheer number of shinobi on the opposition. Muu's jinton could certainly take care of many, the third Raikage is pretty much unstoppable, Deidara could fly and bomb everything that moves, Kabuto's SM techniques (white dragon flash thing) could momentarily paralyze Madara, meaning he'll lose control of whatever creations of chakra he has (this could include Susanoo and susanoo clones in my opinion).

All of the edos have the power capabilities to deal with mokuton, on top of the fact that they can't die? They'll eventually take it. Madara has no sealing techniques that we've seen after all, and using Izanami or Izanagi is terrible because then he won't be able to use Susano'o.

Kabuto quite easily. All he needs are Edo Kinkaku and Ginkaku. The second Madara starts verbally fapping to Hashirama, he's done.

On a more serious note: Edo Nagato, Mu, Sandaime Raikage, Trollkage, Deidara, Kakuzu, etc. take it still quite easily.

With these conditions I don't see Madara winning at all. it's kinda sad to see people voting for Madara.
