sage mode kabuto is way smarter than naruto...and mind you he has different techniques that he can use...one of the deadliest are the sound jutsus that he possesses...he neutralized two uchiha brothers by those jutsus...and PAIN is very weak against sound (ex. JMAN VS PAIN)...

It can be damaged, just not by any attacks Itachi happens to possess. Raiton tech for example, but unfortunately Itachi doesn't have any raiton.

Totsuka has to pierce its target to seal it, too bad Kabuto is made of water and has enhanced SM reactions and can if not easily dodge it just liquify away and never be hit in the first place.

SM naruto can't Handle Ms Itachi Nor Ms/EMS sasuke let alone doing what Kabuto is doing.
Sm Kabuto is Far stronger than SM Naruto even without Edo tensei.
If you think Otherwise Please Give me an Argument on How naruto is on Kabuto's Current Level.

If they could Break it by themselves they would have, Why Waste chakra on using an Ms jutsu?.

With Intent to kill I say The 6 Paths Of Pain, though not without the loss of 2 or 3 paths. With all of his SM abilities, i think Kabuto could strategize fighting the paths more effectively than Naruto did, but I still think that all 6, especially Deva, would overwhelm him.
