I have Pain winning this with mid difficulty. mainly because there would be no reason to even attempt to keep Kabuto alive. Pain has shown to quickly deal with people he has not use for. Regardless of how high a level shinobe you thought there were. At one point people thought Jariya used to be a top dog and pain quickly cut him down once all six paths fought. One some people forget is the rinnegan allows the person mastery over all 5 basic elements. So if headed need to use lightning or fire against Kabuto Pain could.
Deva Path ability to push, pull, and deflect just about anything plus chibaku tensei and Shinra tensei makes diffculty alone. Even Manda would be wreck by it.
Asura Path doesn't have much use here but destraction. Pain likes to fight surround a person long and short range at the same time. with 6 on one is plenty.
Human path. Kabuto can't let it touch him. Simple as that. Another close range fighter that you have to worry about.
Animal path. This is another overwhelming tactics. While fighting a couple of close range fighters with some paths attacking you from afar and its already 6 on 1 this path just completely dump it in his favor. Animal can keep throwing summons at both kabuto and Manda. Manda can't handle any summon alone since they don't stay down anyways. Especially the dogs. They have yet to be defeated by anyone. All they do is multiply. The dogs along could take manda.
Petra path. Probably would be prefer to to be a close range fighter but with no knowledge on the same thing could happen like what happen to naruto but he was trying to capture naruto. most likely be used like with Jiraiya as protection for higher level jutus. Making everything kabuto throws at Pain worthless except genjutsu.
Naraka Path. Pain prefers to keeps this one out of harms way because of the restoration abilities but again it could be use as another close range fighter but it would be pointless as it already be greater than 6 vs 1 with the summons.
Last bit on genjutus, because Pain has has the ability to control chakra so well I would think he has the ability to disrupt the flow to break out of it. Tatyua's genjutsu is not on par with Jiraiya's Also the main thing I notice from the fight is even though the paths are all linked. The Nagato himself was not affected by the genjutsu himself. neither were the other paths. The itachi/Sasuke fight only prove they it had a limited ability of just stopping movement. Nothing else. They were able to still use they abilities
