SM Jiraya's speed is on 4th Raikage's level

Like the title says, i believe that Jiraya in SM is one of the fastest ninja ever. He has demonstrated impressive speed during his fight against Pain that makes me believe that his speed is comparable to even the 4th Raikage's. This was the distance between Jiraya and Nagato's Paths:

Notice that when Human Path was starting

, Jiraya was still blablating with Pa and Ma.

Yet in an instant, Jiraya didn't only covered that distance, but he even blitzed Human Path so bad that he had no reaction time(and he even has Rinnengan activated plus the share vision with other Paths), the kick on his face even blinding him for the rest of the fight

So overall i think that SM Jiraya's speed is around A's maximum shunshin speed in V2

Wasn't even a blitz.. the peins didn't even move.. didn't expect that increase in speed more like it.. if jiraya could keep that up, he would have, and easily taken out all of the peins right? wrong

sm jiraiya is fast but not on the speed with 4th raikgae because the 4th's speed is on the level( a little lower) with the two fastest chracters which is naruto and minato.

With the speed you're insinuating Jiraya has, he would be easily able to speed kick each and every one of them..
As lee said, even by having eyes etc, if your body can't KEEP up , then there's nothing you can do..

If one pein had 0 reaction, then by your logic , jiraya would be able to do the same thing to every pein, with the same constant 0 reaction..

But he didn't..because he couldn't..

As I said, it's more likely That considering Jiraya just entered his sm mode, Pein didn't EXPECT such speed.. and thus didn't react fast enough.. he was simply SUPRISED.. thus the "very nice.."
