One of my favorite fights one of if not the only that I'd pay to see actually happen. Could go either way and whoever wins will be with extreme difficulty however Jiraiya has the more wide range of techniques to respond to more of Bee's techniques with and considering it's SM Jiraiya he also has Shima and Fukasaku.

So...yeah Jiraiya most likely, wouldn't put it past Bee to win somehow

bees giant whirlwind technique and physical strength in full gyuki mode is too much for jiraiya. bee had so much speed that he was keeping pace with kcm naruto, intercepted lightning armour A and then overpowered him. he can seal jiraiya with octopus hold or blind him with ink. frog song takes time and jiraiya has no real defence against the bijuudama. his best techniques are swamp of the underworld and rasengan but i dont think theyd hurt bee too badly.
