Senpou Kawazu Naki managed to entrap two bijuu sized summons but it's one thing to be a bijuu sized creature and a completely different thing to be an actual bijuu with the chakra and chakra potency to match. It's not going to be feasible at all to capture a bijuu, let alone a perfect jinchūriki since they are more powerful than regular bijuus with that technique. Especially the Sanbi, who has good mobility, strength, and defensive capabilities even among its bijuu contemporaries. The coral could entrap and inhibit the mobility of large toad summons, and how do the sage toads get rid of it?
What says it's not feasible? It's a senjutsu enhanced paralysis technique. It stopped the summons with absolutely no struggle at all, so I'm not sure what gives the idea that it can't stop a biju. But regardless, even if you want to argue for whatever reason that it can't, it can certainly slow it down because the soundwaves are noted in the databook to be immensely powerful, so at the very least it's going to have some effect.
Gai got rid of it by breaking it:

Fukasaku and Shima should be capable of the same with their senjutsu enhanced strength. If not, Fukasaku can cut it off with his tongue. The large summons should be able to break it off one another as well.
I humbly disagree. All the bijuus shown in the manga were indeed very and uniquely powerful save for the Two Tails, who was just pathetic.
- The sanbi has very good mobility, being able to swim very quickly underwater due to its build, and can crumple up into a ball and roll itself at high speeds, similar to Nikudan Hari Shensha except much better, of course. It also has a surprisingly high leap.
I'll cover the underwater part in the next paragraph or two, It's mobility/ball form is good, but again, Kawazu Naki, at the very least, should be able to slow him down considerably. And the toads can leap pretty high as well to intercept.
- Its skin and outer shell are both extremely tough and can withstand many types of techniques.
Would be interesting in how it would deal with Goemon. I highly doubt it's ever been tested by a fire/oil/wind mixture that burns at over several thousand degrees. But if nothing else, it's eye is still a weak point, and with Jiraiya's attacks having such a wide range, such as goemon, kebari senbon, gamyu endan and others, Jiraiya would find that out soon enough. Fukasaku's tongue through the eye of Isobu? Ouch.
- It can produce as much coral as it wants to inhibit the mobility and fighting capability of its target.
It has to hit his opponent to work, though. And, again, Jiraiya and co have ways around it.
- Its shell extends to all three of its tails, which all contain three spikes, and can give other opponents one hell of a time by striking with them.
Sure, in a 1v1 situation. Dealing with 3 giant toads and Jiraiya, Fukasaku and Shima, it's options are going to be limited.
- It has the water release, so following the trend of all other bijuus and their powers, it should be able to spit large quantities of water. I know it has no feats on this for me to say for sure, but I'm just merely stating the possibility.
Do you realize how much water would have to be used to cover the area they're fighting in to the point that a bijuu could submerge itself and swim underwater?
Kisame's never even shown the ability to create that much water. Sure he had his water dome, but if that water wasn't balled up in a dome and was dispersed over the battlefield, it wouldn't be deep at all.
I mean, even if you want to grant it every suiton technique used in the manga, it couldn't create enough to cover the entire battlefield that much.
