^Doubt that Ay can blitz a Sage from 50 meters before the toads can use Frog Call. If he opens with Lightning Straight, as usual, then he goes right into the Sound, get's paralyzed, and he's wide open for Jiraiya to finish him off. Or they could open with Goemon, which would mean Ay can't come at them due to the oil on the ground. Or Yomi Numa can be used to slow him down, won't stop him since he can counter it with his Raiton...or Jiraiya can guard against Ay's attack and counter with Frog Call or Goemon. As long as he survives the opening blitz, it's over for Ay.

-Shadow Clones are bad news for him. He lacks ranged techs so he has to go for one before he can for the other. While he's going for one, the others can counter attack.
