Edo Tensei's are all able to resist his control, and even if he was to bind them completely, their set of skills are as good as P1, which shouldn't trouble Jiraiya at all. Jiraiya reverse summons Edo Tensei's in a toad's barrier, where they remain there and proceeds to beat Orochimaru. Jiraiya wins with high difficulty.

But if he doesn't start in SM he can't win zetsu Oro is too OP ppl r forgetting with the zetsu body oro can travel anywhere jman tries to go jman summonings r countered/stalled by oro's

Then he also has to deal with perfect form and hydra both which r deadly one with one shot poison gas that would paralyze jman the other with what seems to be a bijuu dama like beam and is the size of one and this one until proven other wise has infinite regeneration

All of jman elemental attacks can be avoided due to mayflay and mayflay+ sword of kansanji is deadly combo

jiraya wins scenario 1 high diff because orochimaru can take a beating.
Scenario 2 orochimaru wins for obvious reasons. Just one of the hokages would be enough to defeat jiraya alongside orochimaru.
