In SM Jman is as fast or faster than Kakashi. Kakashi usually uses a clone for the first part of battle, which Jman could kill with no problem. Then Ma and Pa would locate Kakashi and Jman would blast him with toad oil bomb to distract him...... then the super sized rasangan to finish it all off.
