What kind of answer is that? The manga never, in any capacity claims "Jiraiya's food cart destroyer totally hits faster than a lightning bolt that strikes at 1/1000th of a second."

So I repeat: why the hell does anyone here realistically believe a toad falling on a Susanoo wielding opponent will have ANY kind of bearing on the outcome of this fight?
