Jiraiya might lose scenario one, Danzo's izanagi respawn is too quick for sage perceltion to notice straight away. Don't think the sage toads would be able to break him out of the juinjutsu. He wins mid to low diff in scene 2.

Danzo stomps both scenarios. If Jiraiya had intel, Danzo would just use Baku, and while he's distracted - since he's got no protection, would be killed by Danzo.

Unlike Sasuke, he does not have the defense to survive Danzo (not to mention Sasuke only won because Karin gave him chakra and healed him when he couldn't stand up anymore - even with that great defense, he still didn't outlast Danzo).

-If Danzo uses KA on Jiraiya then Ma or Pa break him out
-Jiraiya survives Danzo's kunai attack after the first respawn with insignificant damage, then reacts easily to any further respawn attacks. Sensing Barrier or SM sensing makes it very easy to react. Matter of fact, I don't think Danzo would even land his first attack against three SM sensors.
-Baku gets Goemon'd
