So Pain admits himself that with full intel Jiraiya would have won. Does the hype live up to be true?

Location: Amegakure
Intel:Full for Jiraiya, manga for Pain
Conditions: Pain will not use Chibaku Tensei or large Shinra Tensei since it is in his home village. Jiraiya starts in Sage Mode with Ma and Pa on his shoulders.
Restrictions: None

Jiraya could barely handle three of them :| Six would god stomp. Even with the intel, Naruto trolled and his SM is already stronger then Jiraiyas was.

Deva path is arguably 80% of pein's power & he wasn't even used once. With deva this match becomes unfair, a regular ST solos all three boss toads simultaneously & with info on frog song nagato won't be foolish enough to let jiraiya get it off again/have all the paths fall to it.

I give this to pein with a solid mid diff.

full intel for jiraiya? He beats pain without resorting to frog song using yomi numa, a rasengan instead of a kick on animal, and then cleans up preta.

He then senses pain while he pretends to walk away, and then runs away and eventually beats them all with frog song that the paths don't have any knowledge on.

if that's what the OP means by manga knowledge: that pain has all the knowledge he gained on jiraiya after he fought and killed him, then sure pain wins.

If OP is trying to evaluate the truth of pain's statement within the context, that if jiraiya had full knowledge in his fight against pain, then pain loses.

Wrong, They still knew a genjutsu was taking place at that moment when it was incurred, Deva path easily has the ability of levitation/flight meaning he can avoid the sound-waves. With all six of them present there is next to no chance Jiraiya will be able to escape them long enough

....they only knew the genjutsu was taking place after they were starting to be affected by it. If Jiraiya has full knowledge, then he takes the fight into the pipes where deva can't levitate out in order to avoid the sound waves.

Plus, even if deva does escape, he doesn't beat Jiraiya if his big guns like CT and CST are restricted.

jiraiya knows that, which is why he'd use something like the toad stomach amplified by SM to stop that from happening. Plus, pain still charged in when jiraiya used the genjutsu, he didn't know that it would oneshot him until after he got put in it.

why would the genjutsu still not affect them outside of the pipes? Plus, jiraiya showed that he didn't even need his genjutsu to beat 3 paths of pain, he had human beat when he got him with yomi numa, he had animal beat when he kicked him into the wall, and that just left preta to get stomped by taijutsu.
