I will say j-man will win over Nagato. you saw in the series / manga that j-man lost to pain but it was also an unfair battle 6 vs 1 and j-one can take down Nagato in 1 vs. the first but I do not know about EMS what it does but I think naruto and j-man will win if naruto can hold out while the j-man and Nagato fights i think att

The real problem will be nagato with the rinnegan. you shouldn't forget naruto did not actually defeat nagato. Nagato was just on a whole different level. Both tobi and zetsu thought he was unbeatable, and actually he was as he never lost a battle when he was alive. Even at a very young age, he sent Hanzo and Danzo running for their lives.

But the catch is naruto is the main protagonist and as such will end up winning somehow.
