Naruto and Jiraiya win this mid diff at most
--Amaterasu is sensed by both of them, as they use smoke bombs or mas dust cloud to block sasukes LoS, them having the clones at their disposal just reduces its probability even more, and naruto having the bijuu chakra at his disposal means that he can shit on it just how he did in canon,
--Genjutsu is moot towards naruto due to the partner method, and with jiraiya having the toads means that they can break him out as well, and with sensing means that they can be wary of any oncoming genjutsu therefore keeping them safe,
--Jiraiya having Ma & Pa means that he paralyses both of them through frog call, allowing naruto to fire off SM COFRS to eradicate sasukes susanoo, whilst jiraiya can ensure that he dies by landing a SM COR,
--Orochimaru gets one shotted by a single FRS, he is not tanking an attack this powerful at all, and with jiriaya being capable of sinking his summons and Hydra down with Yomi Numa, just makes this even worse for him
