If SS restricted? Could go high diff either way. Madara stalemated Hashirama with PS. Enton and Raiton augmented PS might allow Sasuke to take it. No guarantees since EMS Sasuke's PS lacks feats, and EMS Sasuke's stamina limitations aren't well documented.
