Thats not saying much. He was already a distance away from Madara in that scan you linked. Kuramas alrage size combined with PS made him seem closer than what he actually was. Even if they were portrayed as equals, we need feats. The Sannin were all portrayed as equals but its obvious Jman is faster of them, Orochimaru is smarter, and Tsunade is better taijutsu fighter. I'm certain that there were areas Madara excelled in where Hashirama did not. Point is, Hashirama needs some speed feats before one can say he wins this.

Susanoo doesn't move as fast as its user for one. The only things Madara's Susanoo do are jump and walk. So no, they aren't as fast as Madara.


You have feats. Hashirama is keeping up with a speedster. That is a speed feat, simple as that.

Susanoo moves as fast as its user does. This should be obvious from the Gokage fight and the Sasuke vs Juubito fight? Sasuke was running and jumping high in the sky in his Susanoo and he and Naruto fought on par with Juubito. If his Susanoo was not moving as fast as he, he should not have been able to keep up with BSM Naruto in the first place here:

Hashirama kept up with his brother in base mode - when even Madara blitzed SM Naruto, who casually reacted to the Third Raikage at top speed and Madara openly admitted Tobirama was faster [than Madara].

If anything it's the other way round: Deidara got blitzed by early Sasuke, Sasori got blitzed by Sakura on numerous occasions.

And so forth. I'm actually doubting Hashirama needs Sage mode. I'm almost tempted to say without Mokuton, if Solo king Itachi wasn't there.

Susanoo moves as fast as its user does. This should be obvious from the Gokage fight and the Sasuke vs Juubito fight? Sasuke was running and jumping high in the sky in his Susanoo and he and Naruto fought on par with Juubito. If his Susanoo was not moving as fast as he, he should not have been able to keep up with BSM Naruto in the first place here:

-Madara's Susanoo simply jumped high. Not any kind of evidence that it moves fast let alone faster than Madara himself.

-Sasuke's Susanoo=/=Madara's Susanoo. Sasuke's Susanoo has clearly shown to be more agile. His Susanoo is jumping around throwing attacks fast enough to force Juubito to block, and his Perfect Susanoo is jumping from rock to rock while Madara's Perfect Susanoo simply walks. His V3 Clones during the Gokage fight? They just walked. They never showed any kind of high speed movement.


Why would his Susanoo need to move as fast as himself to keep up with Naruto's Kurama Avatar? Which also doesn't move as fast as he does.
