No. I don't think its likely to exist because slugs are not portrayed as ninja, unlike the frogs.
And furthermore, dragon sage mode was already a stretch, since snakes were just as un-personified as the slugs, and it seemed to be more about covering authorial backtracking w/ a familiar theme.

This is about 98% plausible. It would be stupid if it was impossible for slugs to not have Sage mode, that would put the summoners at a disadvantage considering that it is always lumped with the Snake's and Toad's. I could see it having as good regenerative powers as the Juubi Jin too. As to why Sakura nor Tsunade could learn it, has it ever been stated that they have large enough chakra reserves?! You know, one of the main requirements to learn Senjutsu?

Does she have: Jiraiya, Naruto or Hashirama level chakra? Being a Senju doesn't automatically give you large chakra reserves.

Actually you can summon her without the seal. She was known as the slug princess and she summoned katsuyu with the other sannin (back in the day) years before she had the seal.

The seal augments katsuyu's abilities, it is not the source. If this was true then orochimaru would not know about kastuyu healing since he never saw her heal with the seal. Hence katsuyu can heal but this is powered up by the seal and the remote healing jutsu.

You don't know if she had the seal then or not. Actually, Orochimaru or Jiraiya never questioned the seal on her forehead. It could be that the jutsu she used with it were just new, or she didn't require their usage during the wars.
Katsuyu draws it's power from the seal, it wouldn't make any sense that you could summon it without the seal. It'd be a powerless Katsuyu clone. :|

Equally famous has to mean SM? In order of things as i said it makes the most sense.

Of course that doesn't necessarily mean sennin moodo, but I'd say it rather seems that way.

So this isnt about if someone has slug sage mode or if they will ever get it but simply if it exists.

It obviously does seeing as how Toads and snakes have one. Its only logical that the slugs do too. And how Toads, snakes and slugs have always been known and shown throughout the manga as the deadlock.

But some people want to call fanfiction at the theory even though it possibility of being real is so high.

I blame that on inconsistency because we do have scenes from the war when there is no seal on her forehead. It's a tricky thing. But you are right.

It docent work that way you must balance Large Senjutsu chakra with your own large Normal Chakra reserves the Manga is quiet explicit on the Subject. Tsunade is not a Sage and She has better qualifications than Sakura. Deal with it.

I think it could exist. Or it could not. Kishi has layed down the groundwork to make it happen very nicely. Of course, I highly doubt Sakura will use it in this war against Kaguya. If there is another arc after this, then the possibility is higher. Then again, just because toad and snake have sage modes, it wouldn't necessarily mean a slug mode has to exist too. I guess it would be kinda like how sharingan has multiple forms (1t, 2t, 3t, MS, EMS) and rennigan does too (purple rennigan, red Tomoe rennigan), yet Byakugan doesn't have one as far as we know. Not saying it's not possible, but just that it doesn't necessarily have to exist.
